Delivery Policy
Shipping within the UK
Orders received before 1pm are shipped for next day delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Whilst we endeavor to support next day delivery, please note this is not guaranteed, especially so during busy periods and therefore 2 – 3 working days should be allowed.
Deliveries to NI, some parts of the Highlands and to all Islands would typically be 2 – 3 working days.
Shipping outside of the UK
For overseas shipment please allow 5 – 6 working days for delivery.

All shipping rates are calculated at the time of placing your order.
Damages
Please notify us immediately if your order is received damaged at [email protected]. Please save all packaging and items in this instance in support of a claim being made with the courier.
Returns Policy
Please be sure to contact us within 30 days to be eligible for a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including in the original packaging and unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are situations where partial refunds may be offered.
– Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
We will notify you when your return is received and processed.
If there are any problems with the returned item, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Refunds are processed promptly, and a credit issued to your credit card, or original method of payment.
Delayed or missing refunds
Whilst Puff and Chill endeavor to process returns quickly and release refunds immediately, a refund may sometimes get held up in the banking system. We would encourage you to firstly contact your credit card company or bank if a delay occurs.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at [email protected] Please note any refund balance will be minus the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift token will be email to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a credit will be processed as a normal return and issued to the purchaser.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or adding shipping insurance.
